Research is boring ,and it is unsuitable for me to engage in such kind of job(based on the result of my career potential orientation test). But ,as a student ,i have to clear what is research ,and what should do to meet research’s requirements.
Frankly speaking ,i have no idea of research ,and do not know what and how to deal with my so called research before . untill these days, our lab began to apply for a project .I gain alot during this period of writing application, and begin to know more about research, especialy the importance of the references.
1. where to find references
I used to search articles from CNKI,and doing my research based on these chinese articles, which ,to some extend , not only narrow my perspective ,but also reduce the level of research . This is an objective evaluation ! by the way ,i want to point out that many academic journals of chinese did not provide the author’s email .while, when you read an english journal ,the author’s Email will be shown under the tittle of each article. Behind this small differece ,i think,is a great gap between chinese and other countries.
When you decide to research a topic ,the first and most important thing you have to do is : to survey the current situation of that topic ,or you may realize that you are doing the research some one already have done.so ,it is very important that the references you search are originated from authoritative publications .for example ,my major is Educational Technology, i should know the authoritative journals as well as the databases of ET,and search informations form these places.
2. learn form references
Except for the current information of related spheres, references can teach you the approach of how to deal with your research .here ,i want to thank my tutor, who show me one research ,which published on Open Education Research, and guided me how to connect that research point to mine. This is an timely help to my current research.

囧,学校的学生就是爽,找资料都不要出钱的。
