Last night, i have joined IBM Blue Pathway’s propaganda. IBM is so rich that they hold the propaganda in the Haidian theater,which had been meticulously decorated. and that gave everyone who join the activity an beautiful IBM bottle!

Ok,let’s get down to business . what i really want to express is :IBM is really a good choice for us to be an intern .because ,there are not only various  kinds  of posts and related  mentors who would teach you,but also a great atmosphere for you to exercise yourself. but ,the question  is :you have to be excellent enough to won from the intense competition.

I am not good at the posts related to development ,but i want to try some other posts .even if i failed ,i have nothing to lost.

Position Description

1.GTS-I/T specialist Intern-project Management

Job Description:Assist project manager to develop project plan, track project progression and report project status.Support on daily project management operation activity

Leads teams on small project or a segment of a larger project

Requirements:

University graduate in 2011 with majoring in computer science or related ones.

Goal oriented and an ability to work under pressure.

Aggressive, self-motivated, fast-learning, team player.

Good communication skills.

2.GBS-Business Process Transformation Project Supporting intern

Job Description:
He/she is committed to Strategy & process transformation Consulting project and to provide the value-added services to the clients. And as a project administration, translation and documentation are his/her tasks.Requirementss:
* Leading university graduate in 2011 in Economy and Management disciplines (HR/Finance/logistics/Economics/MS etc) related disciplines. Master/MBA is preferred.
* Good knowledge and skills in process knowledge.
* Good knowledge and skills in MRP or ERP is preferred.
* With interests in organization and analysis, document and report preparation and client training.
* Good Communication Skills in both English and Mandarin.
* CET 6 is necessary. Fluent Oral and Written English.
* Good Analytical skill and Innovative approach to problems.

3.GTS- Service Sales Specialist Intern

Job Description:
* GTS offers various IT solution & services including End User Service, Middleware, Business Continuity & Recovery Services, and Strategy Outsourcing Services etc.
* Achieve target to assigned job function.
* Apply IBM sales methodology in daily sales contracts.
* Maintain sales pipeline updates and correctness.
* Conduct sales call activities over the phone, including cold calling to identify opportunities to selling of products and closing of the transaction.
* Maintain customer relationship and satisfaction with IBM product and services.Requirements:
* University, graduate in 2011 with majoring in computer science or related ones
* Communication/Negotiation: Draws upon concepts and knowledge of information technology to collaborate with team members and other IBM functions. Uses and attends to negotiation sessions as an entry team member, involving other IBM functions and clients in order to attain position objectives. Negotiation skills are an essential requirement.
* Problem Solving: Recognizes job-related problems in account planning and solution implementation and works to produce solutions with the assistance of a team leader or manager.
* Bachelor and above degree. Computer related major will be an advantage.
* Competency of driving to win.
* Good presentation, communication skills in both Chinese and English, able to work under pressure.

ICBC, BOC Key Account
IBM has a global integrated account structure to partner with Industrial and Commercial Bank of China and Bank of China. These banks are IBM global key accounts. ICBC and BOC sales team in IBM will take lead of cooperation with them.

Requirements:
* Environment: Understands and applies knowledge of information technology and associated solutions related to the Client’s business to attain his/her position and team objectives.
* Communication/Negotiation: Draws upon concepts and knowledge of information technology to collaborate with team members and other IBM functions. Uses and attends to negotiation sessions as an entry team member, involving other IBM functions and clients in order to attain position objectives. Negotiation skills are an essential requirement.
* Problem Solving: Recognizes job-related problems in account planning and solution implementation and works to produce solutions with the assistance of a team leader or manager.
* Working Conditions: Normal/flexible office conditions may be exposed to irregular work hours.
* Contribution/Leadership: With assistance, identifies and qualifies IBM opportunities based on an understanding of the client’s business and strategy. Manages a few simple projects. Autonomy Work is reviewed with team members or team leader or management. Gathers customer requirements and helps to translate them into potential solutions.

Job Description:
﹡Work with Sales Teams, related aligned Function Teams and Operation Team to achieve Business Goals or Solve the Issues through daily Communication.
﹡ Support Sales team on related Business Reporting and on-demand Business Analysis.
﹡Executive Review preparation & meeting participant with management team and business intelligence.
﹡Business action follow up .
﹡Assist BU lead and Sales Operation manager on business planning follow up.

Requirement:
- University graduate in 2011 in business related discipline
- Good skill on Microsoft Office and Analysis tools.
- Good sense on Data and Data Management.
- Previous project management or data matrix reporting related experiences would be a plus
- Good English competency
- Bachelor’s Degree or above
